Fresh and French Editorial Week 11
The weekend is over but it’s not all doom and gloom – a new week means three new “Fresh and French” stories. Here’s what we’ve got in store for you:
Hotel
- Hotel Concorde is full of fantastic artwork. This week we’ll be learning more about the hotel’s sculptures and who made them.
Wine and Taste
- Head chef Steffen Sinzinger knows his cow parsley from his wild cumin. This week we visited him in the kitchens to learn more about the use of fresh herbs and cresses at the Brasserie Le Faubourg.
Lifestyle
- The bronze statue in memory of Knut the polar bear, Berlin Zoo’s most famous resident, is finished and due to be installed near his former enclosure within the next couple of weeks. So we decided to pay our neighbours a visit and find out what else the zoo with the largest collection of species in the world has to offer. Diversity on our doorstep!
