Calling all lovebirds

Get loved up this February 14th at the Hotel Concorde Berlin, with an evening of fine food and pampering. From the moment you arrive at the hotel on Valentine’s Day, you’ll be treated like a VIP – A sumptuous four-course dinner at the Brasserie Le Faubourg, fresh flowers, and a photo shoot and styling in one of the hotel’s most luxurious suites.

Do you know the phrase “butterflies in the stomach”? Recent research suggests this sensation experienced by loved-up individuals may be to do with the fact that we have a second brain in our stomachs. A strange thought indeed, but there is no question that there is a strong connection between love and food, something which the hotel’s Brasserie Le Faubourg knows only too well. The Valentine’s menu is a four-course feast put together by head chef Steffen Sinzinger. It’s a dinner to fall in love with, or to – poached oysters, quail’s eggs, sea bass, duck breast, and a delicious chocolate and berry dessert, with each course complemented by a glass of fine wine. In the Blanche Suite – where A-list celebrities have been known to rest their heads – couples will take part in a professional photo shoot. Fresh from their work at the Berlin Fashion Week, Andé Märtens’ team of experts will style the lovebirds before photographer Jarek Raczek immortalises the moment in the plush white surroundings of one of Concorde’s premiere room suites.

You are advised to reserve early to avoid disappointment. Alternatively, lovebirds can take part in our competition to kiss their way to a dream Valentine’s Day.
